We were founded with the aim of doing facilities maintenance and management smarter. The industry has been consumed with a "race to the bottom" where you get low prices in reverse auctions but then spotty service and little accountability. 

Instead, we get to know our clients, continually finding new problems to solve. We're constantly piloting and implementing new technologies. And we believe that old-fashioned honesty and trustworthiness are still important in business.
